Boneless Chicken in Sage Marinade

Servings: Serves 4

    Ingredients:
  • 16 oz. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage

Instructions:

Combine the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and sage in a measuring cup. Stir.

Place chicken pieces in a casserole dish with a cover.

Pour ½ the marinade over the chicken. Cover; marinate 30 minutes.
Chicken can be grilled or broiled.
Warm-up the remaining marinade and drizzle over the chicken.
