Conventionally-grown fresh cut herbs


Fresh cut herbs are available in 20 varieties and five blends. (A blend is a group of 3 herbs specifically used for poultry, salads, roasting meats, seafood, or soups.) Fresh cut herbs require refrigeration.

Each ¾ oz clamshell has an insert with Tips and Usage ideas on the outside and a collector’s recipe inside, created especially for Shenandoah Growers.

Edible flowers, used in salads and for cake decorations, are also available.

2 oz chef’s pack clamshells are available for:

mint    rosemary
Basil and arugula are also available in 4 oz catering pack clamshells.
